We provided below information which allows to quickly and easily file a complaint or make a return of a product as part of withdrawal from the agreement. Of course, you do not have to use our forms. Purchased products: a. were delivered to me damaged; b. which were delivered to me are different than what I ordered; c. were delivered to me and they do not comply with the agreement. The declaration on withdrawal from the agreement shall be sent within 14 days from the date of picking-up the consignment. From the moment of submitting the declaration on withdrawal from the agreement you have 14 days to send products from which purchase you withdrawn.
